What we do?
Circus Parties Entertainment Bristol
Circus workshops for kids that turn birthday parties into something kids talk about for weeks. Juggling, stilt walking, plate spinning, clowning and more — we bring the kit, the energy, and enough circus magic for up to 40+ children at a time. Parents always look relieved at the end.
Corporate Team Building Bristol
The most memorable team building in Bristol, and we’re not even slightly sorry about that. Circus skills workshops for teams of any size — inclusive, hands-on, and genuinely fun. Tailored for companies across Bristol, Bath and the South West.
Circus Skills Workshops
Juggling, balance, coordination — circus skills that boost attention, confidence and teamwork. Suitable for primary and secondary schools. Tom has 30 years of circus kit collected specifically for workshops and has worked with schools across the region.

Christmas Party Entertainment Bristol
Fire finales, festive UV sets and stilt walkers that turn a company Christmas do into the night everyone remembers. Circus entertainment for corporate parties, venues and celebrations across Bristol, Bath and the South West, plus workshops that get the whole team joining in. December fills up fast, so book at least a month ahead.
Hen Party Circus Workshops Bristol
Ditch the usual cocktail-making and life-drawing. A private circus workshop gets the whole hen group juggling, dressing up and being brilliantly silly together — the ultimate icebreaker for people who’ve only just met, and the part of the weekend everyone actually remembers. Across Bristol, Bath and the South West. Find out more about how we can help you host the best hen party.
Circus Acts for Hire
From stilt walking at festivals to UV puppet shows at corporate dinners, fire performance at weddings, and full projection and juggling shows — eclipseArts brings the spectacle. Previous events include Glastonbury Festival, Blenheim Palace, Hindu weddings and international club nights from London to Prague.
30 Years of Bringing the Circus to People
Tom Makin has been performing and running circus events since 1996. He’s performed on the main theatre stage at Glastonbury, entertained thousands at Blenheim Palace across multiple seasons, led wedding processions in the Hindu tradition (jugglers are considered auspicious — and Tom agrees), and performed internationally from Istanbul to Prague.
He builds his own props from repurposed materials, makes costumes, and runs workshops using equipment he’s been collecting for over 20 years. eclipseArts isn’t a booking agency — it’s Tom, doing what he loves, and bringing that energy to your event.
Based in Keynsham, Bristol. Available across Bristol, Bath, and the South West.
